With a slick new trailer posted to social media, Logitech unveiled the Pro X Lightspeed gaming headset, which is a wireless version of the Pro X headset that it launched last year. The headset can stay connected up to 13 meters, or 42 feet, away, which will be useful for anyone living in a big house who suddenly has to go AFK during a big gaming session.

Other new features are new button placement and USB-C charging. The Pro X Lightspeed moves the volume dial and mute button from the cord to the headset itself, and it can now be charged via USB-C. USB-C is much faster than micro USB, and the charging port has been seen on newer gaming devices, such as the PS5’s DualSense controller.
Unsurprisingly for a gaming device endorsed by some of the world’s most famous streamers, the Pro X Lightspeed doesn’t come cheap. It will cost $200 when it launches in August, making it more expensive than other wireless headsets like the JBL Quantum One.
